Common questions
How accurate is Claude Vision compared to a human auditor?
For surface-level findings (visual hierarchy, CTA placement, accessibility contrast, etc.) it's effectively at parity. For deeper judgment calls (is this flow the right shape for this business?) it's behind a senior human. We design the agent to do the rote 80% of an audit so you can focus human judgment on the strategic 20%.
Can the agent break my site?
No. The agent reads — it doesn't submit forms, doesn't make purchases, doesn't perform write operations. On authenticated audits we recommend a read-only 'audit user' account. The agent's footprint is one indistinguishable-from-real-user browser session.
How long does an audit actually take?
5 minutes is the typical end-to-end time. Larger sites or audits with many pages (Enterprise tier scans up to 250 pages per audit) can take 10–15 minutes. You can leave the tab; the audit runs server-side and notifies you when done.
What if my site requires special handling — popups, geo-blocks, login?
Pop-ups: handled automatically. Geo-blocks: configurable on Enterprise. Login: supported on Pro+ with test credentials. If your site needs something custom, talk to us — we've handled most edge cases.
Does it audit single-page apps and JS-heavy sites?
Yes. The agent runs a full browser (not just an HTTP fetch), so SPAs, dynamic content, and JS-heavy sites are audited the same way a real user would experience them.
